The Six Habits are habits that we have in our relationship with ourselves.  The habits are:

  1. kindness (how we treat ourselves)
  2. acceptance (how we feel about ourselves)
  3. gratitude (for all of life, good and not)
  4. presence (choosing now and living for today)
  5. goodness (energy management)
  6. and intention (clear, deliberate, relentless action)
